Mr. Welty has practiced law since 1972 and has extensive litigation and trial experience in the Estate, Business and Real Property fields. He has formed and represented numerous Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs. He has assisted clients in the purchase, development, management and sale of businesses and real property.

Mr. Welty’s practice over the last 20 years has primarily focused on Estate Planning, Administration and Succession Planning. He is able to understand and fully integrate the facets of individual wealth into planning, preserving and protecting clients and passing on their estates with minimal estate devaluation or expense and without the necessity of complex legal procedures.
