Bob Haroche has been with the firm since 1992, specializing in real estate, land use and general commercial litigation. His practice includes construction, brokerage and partnership disputes, intellectual property as well as general commercial transactions. Mr. Haroche specializes in civil appeals and land use writ practice. He has successfully represented developers, property owners and business owners in a variety of matters – including zoning, development entitlements, environmental compliance and contract disputes – in trial and appellate courts on both the state and federal level. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haroche specialized in securities and employment litigation at Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe in San Francisco.
