Jim Beyers has practiced law in Sonoma County since 1972. He specializes in real estate transactions, finance, land use, development and construction law. He has represented many commercial and residential real estate developers in Northern California, developing successful relationships with several that have spanned two to three decades.

Mr. Beyers’ long-term client relationships are the result of his proactive client service and uncompromising professional integrity. He acts as a legal counselor and strategic business partner – not only helping his clients avoid costly legal problems and stay out of court, but also advising them how to structure their businesses and negotiate transactions more profitably.

Mr. Beyers, along with co-founder Chris Costin, has been instrumental in expanding the depth and breadth of services the firm offers its clients by hiring highly experienced attorneys with specialized knowledge in environmental, corporate and estate planning law, as well as a team of business litigators.
