Firm Expands Practice with Three New Partners

SANTA ROSA, CA - Beyers | Costin is pleased to announce Teresa Norton, Michael Garcia and Kristen Ingersoll have joined the firm as partners, expanding its trusts and estates and corporate finance specialties.

Ms. Norton's practice includes estate planning, probate, trust administration, trust and probate litigation, and conservatorship/guardianships. Ms. Norton frequently consults with families regarding family wealth succession and elder issues.

Mr. Garcia's expertise includes business and commercial transactions including corporate finance, purchase and sale of real property, commericial leasing, taxation and business entity formation. A graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law, Mr. Garcia is also a licensed real estate broker.

Ms. Ingersoll practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, as well as business and real estate transactional matters. Ms. Ingersoll regularly advises clients with respect to probate proceedings, trust administration, conservatorships and guardianships, and probate and trust litigation.
