“Suzanne inspires trust and confidence. She deals with every complicated aspect of the litigation process, every curveball, every challenge, with the calm authoritativeness that comes from knowledge, preparation, and a strategic mind. Suzanne debunks the lawyer stereotype; she is honest, passionate, witty, forthcoming, and she takes the time to explain and engage. We really like Suzanne, and we were able to completely rely on her stellar legal skills and judgment.”

– Catherine and Joe Bartolomei, owners of the renowned Farmhouse Inn in Forestville and members of the Forestville Square Partnership

Suzanne Babb is a litigation partner with the firm. During the recent financial crisis, she fearlessly staked out a practice challenging major U.S. banks on claims of predatory lending, fraud, and overreaching. She has continued to work on consumer protection cases, including bad faith insurance cases. Among her many victories, she won a $20-million civil judgment for her client against an employee who had embezzled funds. Suzanne's tireless energy, drive, and remarkable attention to detail make her a skilled litigator with a commanding presence in the courtroom. She works extensively on complex cases, and she is able to quickly break down relevant information into manageable pieces. One of her greatest strengths is being able to “crack the puzzle of the case.”

Suzanne handles all types of litigation, with a focus on cases where a consumer protection law has been violated. Suzanne prefers to work with clients who realize that maintaining a sense of humor and patience are invaluable during the long and arduous litigation process. Suzanne serves clients in Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco.

Suzanne splits her time between the hamlet of Penngrove and San Francisco. While in the city, she’s a frequent attendee of San Francisco Giants games. No matter where she is, she loves to run.
