PARALEGAL
We are seeking an experienced litigation and/or transactional paralegal to join our collaborative and professional team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking for a stable, long-term position in a supportive firm with a diverse and interesting practice.

Job Description:
Maintain and organize case files, calendars, deadlines and databases
Manage attorney calendars, including court appearances, meetings, and deadlines
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery and transactional documents
File court documents with a working knowledge of current court processes
Prepare correspondence and written reports
Assist in compiling, organizing and summarizing documents for production
Coordinate and summarize depositions
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis
Support attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including evidence and exhibit compilation, witness interviews, subpoenas, jury instructions and courtroom logistics
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years litigation, transactional or estate planning experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hour per week) with excellent benefits, including 401k, medical/dental/vision and potential pay bonuses. Pay Scale: $35-$50/hour based on skill and experience.

LEGAL SECRETARY
